- No limit will be placed on the number of tickets purchased.
- Each ticket purchase will qualify as one entry into the raffle.
- By obtaining a raffle ticket you attest that you are a law abiding citizen of good moral character, may legally posses the riffle won, have intention of using the rifle only in a safe and legal manner, and will or have already obtained instruction on the safe use and operation of the rifle won. If a winner fails the federal background check and appeal, their ticket will be scrapped and a new ticket will be drawn.
- Raffle will start March 29, 2022 and end at midnight May 1, 2022. Raffle drawing will be conducted on May 2, 2022.
- You must be 21 years old and a legal resident of the United States of America to enter into the drawing.
- The firearm transfer will be done through a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer, and all applicable Federal and State laws will apply.
- Winner must redeem their rifle through TITFF's FFL dealer.
- In the event the winner wishes to have the rifle won transferred to their local FFL dealer, shipping and any other additional cost involved with the transfer will be the responsibility of the winner, and arrangements must be made directly between the winner and TITFF's FFL dealer.
- If the winner drawn is unable to pass the FFL background check and appeal, no prize will be awarded and a redraw will be conducted.
- Winner will be listed by name, on the This Is Texas Freedom Force's Mewe page on May 2, 2022 and a TITFF Director will make 2 attempts to call the winner by phone and send 2 emails.
- Winner will be notified by telephone and email. In the event that This Is Texas Freedom Force is unable to contact the winner, it is the sole responsibility of the winner to contact This Is Texas Freedom Force to claim their rifle.
- The rifle must be claimed, and transfer completed within 90 days of the drawing date. If the rifle is not claimed within this time frame, the winner forfeits his winnings and the rifle becomes the property of TITFF until a new winner can be drawn.
- This Is Texas Freedom Force makes no warranty of the rifle. The winner is to deal directly with the manufacturer or dealer in the event of problems.
- The liability of This Is Texas Freedom Force, and it's directors & members, is limited to the purchase price of the ticket/tickets obtained.
- Tickets are non-refundable, including those where the winner background check fails to pass.
